If your purchase is not perfect for you, we want to help! Our Webstore policy does differ from our in-store policy so please read the following carefully:

We offer refunds for on-line orders but the item must be returned in-person to the store at: 2313 Bloor ST. W. Toronto, ON. M6S-1P1. However, all items must be in their original condition; unworn, all original tags attached in their original placement, the items can have no evidence of smoke, perfume or pets. All footwear must me unworn (except in your home) and in the original box.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

All Sale items and jewellery are FINAL SALE.

If you are out of province and can't get to the store please contact us with your return request and we will contact you for pics and an explanation of the request.
